About Us
“Your dream, we help fulfill”
Arch Foundry (previously known as Prop Floor Interiors) came into being in 2018 as a partnership between Capitalist Yard India — one of the most respected and trusted names in Bangalore real estate — and Architect Nikita Kakkar, who strongly believes every homeowner deserves quality interiors irrespective of their budget.
Every project is tailored to tell a unique story. While designing a space, keeping in mind that spaces are functional and timeless, we begin with conceptualization; building on a core style for the client, we add value and expression to transform the space for the end user. We strive to create unique, thoughtful and curated spaces with a play of light, colours and textures.
We value the customer's vision above everything else. The entire end-to-end journey — including design, material selection and execution — is carried out keeping the customer's personality and taste in mind. We leave no stone unturned to make the journey of transforming a house into a home a breeze for our customers.

The vision and craft behind every Arch Foundry space.
Nikita Kakkar
Founder & Principal Architect
Nikita Kakkar has over 8 years of experience in architecture and interior design. An architecture graduate from the reputed Chandigarh College of Architecture, she has worked with renowned firms such as DDIR Architecture Studio and Charged Voids.
She founded her own firm, Arch Foundry, in Chandigarh in 2015 — designing residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects — before moving to Bangalore and co-founding Prop Floor Interiors, now Arch Foundry.
She is motivated to create spaces that make people feel their own, transforming a space from nothing into something that reflects the taste and style of its owner. Her passion lies in merging simple, functional spaces with character and uniqueness to create rich experiences.
