How We Work

Design Process

An immersive journey from first conversation to final styling — never a checklist, always a collaboration.

Our Process

An end-to-end journey — from the first conversation to the moment you walk through the door of a finished space.

01

Briefing

We begin with an exhaustive discovery — understanding how you live, work, and gather. The most important of all steps.

02

Design

Translating the brief into the blueprint of what is to come. From moodboards to models, we design every last detail.

03

Execution

Bringing our designs to life with artisans and makers. Structure, millwork, stone, and decor — all coordinated under one roof.

04

Handover

The most anticipated moment — handing you the keys to a space that feels lived-in from day one, styled and complete.

Step by Step

How a vision becomes a lived-in space

Scroll through each phase — every card stacks and recedes as the next chapter of your project unfolds.

  1. Discover
    012–3 weeks

    Discover

We begin with listening — understanding how you live, work, and gather.

An immersive discovery phase including site visits, lifestyle interviews, and inspiration mapping. We document how light moves, how rooms are used, and what feelings should linger.

  2. Concept
    024–6 weeks

    Concept

Mood, material, and spatial narratives take shape through sketches and studies.

Concept boards, 3D spatial studies, and preliminary material palettes. You see the direction before details are locked — ensuring alignment at every turn.

  3. Material
    033–4 weeks

    Material

Samples, textures, and palettes are refined until every surface feels inevitable.

Hands-on material sessions at our atelier. Stone slabs, fabric swatches, wood samples — every selection tested against natural light in your space.

  4. Craft
    04Project-dependent

    Craft

Artisans and makers bring the vision to life with meticulous attention to detail.

Custom millwork fabrication, stone cutting, upholstery, and installation. We maintain weekly site visits and direct artisan relationships throughout.

  5. Completion
    052–3 weeks

    Completion

The final layer — styling, art, and the quiet details that make a space feel complete.

Art placement, soft furnishing, floral arrangements, and the final walkthrough. We don't consider a project finished until it feels lived-in from day one.
